Today I celebrated my boyfriends' birthday, he turned 20. He doesn't have very many people in his life to help him celebrate it, so I wanted to make it a very special time for him. He deserves to feel special today.
I had surprised him with his favorite 'cookies n cream' ice cream cake. The happiness on his face when I brought it to him, made me feel grateful to have him in my life. It's amazing being able to make someone so happy with the simplest bit of kindness. I love him very much, and can't wait to bring him more fun birthdays!
